I only wanted a trial membership. Why am I still being charged?

All memberships transfer from trial to monthly automatically, unless they are canceled within the trial period. Some credit card companies and banking institutions post a preauthorized payment for trial memberships. This preauthorized payment, will “clear” if you cancel within the listed time frame. If you have any additional questions or concerns, contact the financial institution directly.

Is there a way to know for sure if my account has been canceled?

Once you cancel your account, you should receive an email confirming that it was successfully canceled. If you do not receive this email, check your junk/spam folder. If it is not there, give us a call at
